Does anyone with pernicious Anemia get a slight cough off and on?

Yes I do , mine is caused by reflux and a hiatus hernia but you should always get these things checked out just to be sure whats going on, so even if you can only get a telephone appointment I would have a chat with your GP😀 Best wishes

I had a constant, frequent, but mild cough prior to diagnosis of B12 deficiency. It has disappeared, and I don't know when.
