Is there a connection with slow pulse and B12 deficiency?

My daughters undiagnosed b12 deficiency folate deficiency led to POTS so j think Yes.

The POTS did not go away once b12 and folate replete

She on medication to raise BP.

So do monitor it

Low ferritin/iron can cause it too
