Bodfield Query

Hi everyone

I just made my first purchase from Bodfield. I thought I'd successfully paid with Amazon Pay but then I got an email saying to pay by bank transfer, which I have done (on Friday morning).

I haven't heard anything since, can anyone tell me what happens after bank transfer made. How long before you usually receive them please?

Many thanks ❤️

in theory the transfer should have been action within 24 hours but as you actioned it on a Friday that may mean that it isn't picked up until Monday ... the 24 hours was banking rules pre-brexit which may not apply now.

Thank you. So hopefully I'll receive my order sometime next week?

I honestly can't say, you would need to contact them to find out - but hopefully you will get confirmation early next week

I ordered with Bodfield and the hardest part was setting up the Bank Transfer to be honest but I wouldn't worry as they were very good and I am sure they will contact you today. The order came through very quickly after that.

I notice Bodfeld displays a Paypal logo at checkout. Has anyone managed to pay with that?

No, It is only Bank Transfer. I struggled with it but a German friend set it up and I should be OK now!

Someone here very recently mentioned that for Bodfeld, bank transfer costs £25 but payment is "Simple and free of charge if you have mobile/ internet banking. They supply the information you need to make a transfer."

Were you able to try that? Thanks for any information.

I'm interested in this because I may place my first order with them soon.

I think it costs £25 if you get the bank to do it for you. "Wedgewood" gives a lot of info of what suppliers do what and how do pay. It won't cost you anything if you do it online banking yourself. I did struggle but I'm not that used to paying like that. First thing is you are making an international payment so that might help. Also think I set up an account with Bodfield first as well. Having a clever German friend was the best way for me! Good Luck x

Hi, check your spam mail as all their emails went to mine even though I labelled them not spam. Order arrived 4 days after transfer cleared. Use by date a bit short - May 22

Thanks earthnymph. I think I have their email address. Will wait until tomorrow if I haven't heard anything 😊

I used Bodfeld for my B12 in July of this year, I ordered on a Monday, paid via bank transfer and received delivery 2 days later. I found them exceptionally efficient and b12 had long expiry date.....hope you receive your order soon .

in reply to WWWJAN

Thanks for your reply WWWJAN. I received my order yesterday. Such a relief to know it can still be sourced fairly easily! 😊
