Stop taking too much methylcobalamin. There is no need to do so. It's got nothing to do with 'messing up methylation' and it's got nothing to do with MTHFR and MTRR SNPs.

oh god - why didn't I think of that! I had have been having hydroxocobalamin injections because I had very low B12. I am coeliac so don't absorb very well despite a good diet. I rely on supplements every now and then to prevent fatigue. The injections really helped but I after my loading dose I should have perhaps spread them out more. I have been taking methylfolate successfully for a long time but only take when I feel I need it now. Anyway I missed judged my dosage and ended up with unwanted side effects and needed to counter act them ASAP. I took Niacin and feel absolutely fine now. Where do did you get all your deep knowledge and wisdom from? Do you fancy sharing more about what you know?

I'd go easy on the methylcobalamin and caffeine, especially after lunch

Exercise if you can

Folic acid if you aren't already on it

Try some magnesium if you aren't already.

Avoid sugary foods. Protein, veg and good fats

Meditation videos on youtube can be helpful too

Just need to balance it all out.

We all get it a bit wrong at the start as it is trial and error and a lot to learn!
