You can inject twice a day without worrying . You cannot overdose on B12 .

No ,is the short answer . You get side effects from under-dosing with B12 i.e. return of symptoms . Yes, I do know people who need to inject twice daily to keep symptoms at bay , and they are fine .

Having read many posts on the PAS forum over the last 5 years , it’s certainly unusual to need inject twice a day , But we are all different. It may be that more frequent injections are required if you have had P.A. for a long time You just have to try out what helps you.

Do take a modest 400 mcg folic acid tablet . It works with B12 . Best wishes

I tried it and just found sleep was even just worse for me when I had injected at 4pm. I read from someone on here about injecting half of the 1ml in morning and then rest of it later in day and think I might try that, but have been putting it off as I couldn’t face a night with no sleep if same happened to me again!

If you have 1mil ampoules & do half in morning & other half later, wouldn't that mean the other half is no longer sterile?

I would just do the whole 1mil first thing in the morning.
