Balance issues, brain fog, low blood pressure, too hot ambient temperature.

I was very light-headed ( along with other symptoms ) when I had undiagnosed Pernicious Anaemia. This disappeared when I was able to get the correct treatment, which meant I had to self -inject , as my GP would only allow 3 monthly B12 injections .

My doctor no I have b12 I take vitamins for it I haven’t had my blood work check since March

Well maybe you need to increase your dosage of B12 .You cannot overdose on B12 , so not to worry about that .
