Getting worse...

I’ve been feeling worse the last few weeks & 5 days ago my hands started swelling up & my wrists killing me, I can hardly move my hands I dunno what to do???

My pernicious Anaemia was accompanied by Rheumatoid Arthritis -another autoimmune condition - ( more or less disappeared now .) I had awful problems with my hands -swelling -could not hold a knife and fork — and pain .Could not make a fist . But it went away gradually . I hope that yours will too .

I went to A&E they told me to go to my GP what’s the point ??? I’m too tired for all this

Queeniz, I notice that you are on a pain relief forum as well as the pernicious anaemia forum and I'm just wondering whether you intended to post on that forum rather than this one.

Aww bless you. You do suffer. It's sad. Yes go to your GP. PA is often accompanied by another autoimmune disorder. As if we don't have enough to put up with having one ! Hope you feel better soon.
