Good morning everyone

Just wanted to say that I hope you all have the best day that you can given the current situation, its not a lot of fun spending days on your own but I think to myself I have the radio to discover anew as I haven't listened to it so much in recent years, I have TV, books and my garden to tend but best of all this morning I have a bacon sandwich to enjoy (sorry to veggie friends)

Like you I'm having to self-isolate (lupus and immunosuppressants)...but I'm well versed in the art of home entertainment 😉🤣.

Thank you Foggy I haven't been able to book a spot either for the last 2 weeks luckily a kind young man in my road is trying to keep me going with groceries for which I am very grateful.

It's a crazy world right now! Seems to bring out the worst in some...but my goodness, brings out the very best in others.

Bacon sandwich! Drool!

I live with two vegetarians who aren't keen on me cooking bacon. It's not too bad until I give the dogs one of their bacon treats, when the smell gets me going.

I've got just five days left for my quarantine. Looking forward to being able to queue up at the shops (actually, I'm hoping that all the idiots have gorged themselves sick on their hoarded food and can't eat for a month.
