Anyone in UK may be able to get support from Citizen's Advice Bureau.

CAB advice available in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland as well.

If you have PA or another cause of B12 deficiency and it's impacting on your ability to work, may also be worth considering union membership , in case there is a need to access support with problems at work.
