I have these deficiencies while the reason (such PA) is still assessed.
In the meantime I'm being treated with b12 injections and I wonder whether bath in hot springs (such sulfur) is healthy for my symptoms or rather dangerous?
I have many symptoms including muscle weakness, tightness and pain So I thought about visiting a spa soon..
I saw contradictions on the internet about this in the context of anemia. While some say it is dangerous because it raises the blood pressure others suggest it is good for anemia for the same exact reason (improving blood circulation).
So, should I or not?

Hi there , I can only tell you about my own experience. Going to the spa is very enjoyable whilst in the water, but out of the water my legs were weaker, its the same with swimming in cold water, when my body temp rises, I get weaker . It might be different for you, take someone with you the first time.
I am not aware of anything that would say hot springs would be harmful.
If you are immersed in water then it is quite natural to feel heavier and weaker when you get out as your muscles will have become accustomed to the water supporting some of the weight so you feel a bit heavier again until you recover.
