Hi Andy. Sorry I'm not of any use here really. I hope you get what you need and especially help for your daughter. I'm in the middle of moving house..down sizing..also my 21 year old grandson and 3 year old great-grandson have been very ill. The wee boy was in hospital on a drip last week and now he has chicken pox while my grandson is suffering from a chronic illness which may eventually lead to an operation😢. With all this going on I'm not thinking very clearly at times, but then that's not unusual🤣

How are you getting on yourself? Are you managing better with self injecting? I do hope so. Take care and I sincerely hope and pray that you get the help needed.🌞

This video from Dr. Berg may help. youtube.com/watch?v=8Sw61W8...

Also the book: "Could It Be B12?" by Sally Pacholok, RN and Jeffrey Stuart, DO. answers many questions.

Just some comments on the video:

You don't get gastritis from 'years of consuming junk food'.

You don't have to take methylcobalamin. Any type of B12 is as good, if not better.

It's pronounced bee-tah-een, not bet-ayn. The original chemical comes from beets.

Good. I agree with that. You should tell Dr. Berg, it is his video.

There is a separate BNF for children. If your daughter is 16 or above she is likely to be treated as an adult.
