No, but if it comes back all clear and you are still breathless it's worth getting your iron levels checked.

Thanks Denise. I will get my iron level checked. I forgot to mention that I was diagnosed with PA about 5 years ago and have suffered from shortness of breath ever since. I have the 3 monthly injection through NHS. Is there anything else I need to do for B12D

Only more jabs if you can possibly get them and a broad spectrum multivitamin and mineral supplement.

Extra sublingual B12 supplements may help if you can afford them, plus extra folate, potassium and magnesium from your diet could also be beneficial.

Yes, I have this symptom when I walk on an incline. My GP is doing bloods, which is likely to be followed up with an ECG and chest X Ray and we'll take it from there. I think no intervention is unnecessary, its great that they are exploring options. Good luck x

Thanks Miss guineapig. My Gp did not do blood tests. Was referred to hospital where ECG was fine and straight off referred for angiogram which I thought was premature considering it’s an invasive procedure with serious side effects

Goodness, hope my ECG's ok or I'll be messaging you for more information. As a nurse (health visitor), all risks have to be shared but benefits always far far outweighs any risk, let us know how you get on x
