I'm sorry that the above "clip" didn't include the in the stufio interviewed "expert's" comments on the dangers as he actually did give a concise explanation of what nitrous oxide does to Vitamin B12. I searched like mad to get the whole story but couldn't find it.

Yes, it was on ITV News Meridian but "filched" from ITV News West Country but I don't know where the "expert" came from.
