Select the test you required and enter the PAS discount code (upon check-out, I think) which can be obtained from the members area of the PAS website.

Hi Hipgnosis. Sorry, not sure. Suspect it might be UK only because of potential problems submitting blood samples via mail.

Suggest you email them and ask. There’s an email contact form at the bottom of the page on their website.
