I'm diagnosed with b12 deficiency and now struggling with walking properly?

when my B12 def was discovered, I got very short of breath walking anywhere, had poor balance and often felt dizzy. Walking was like trying to wade through treacle.
My GP didn't want to do anything about it so I followed advice here and self injected. In the second week of the loading shots the worst of the symptoms started to go.
Tinnitus, hand tremor disappeared, my balance improved & I felt dizzy less often.
You need to find out why you're B12 deficient, if it s due to Pernicious Anaemia.
I think you posted late night here in the UK, we're just waking up to Dunday so I'm sure there'll be a lot of more knowledgeable people along very soon.
