I'm not quite sure what you are asking which may be why no one else has replied yet but if the question is can you get low B12 symptoms after injections then the answer is yes. It may be because an area in the body that has be seriously short is suddenly carrying out repairs and you are feeling the effects of that or it may be that nerves that haven't been working properly are supplying greater signals than normal and these are being logged by the brain as issues. Whatever the reason, people often report an increase in symptoms and also that different symptoms can flair up after injections. I now self inject and don't get that but when I was getting three monthly injections I noticed increased symptoms for 4 or 5 days.

As for you observation about B12 sublinguals, back when I was on 3 monthly shots I was getting pretty bad brain fogs, particularly when tired or stressed, to the point that I was in the office and unable to follow what people were saying to me. I tried Better You B12 spray which you can get at Holland and Barrett and that did help pretty quickly. I can't remember how quickly and it didn't go the whole way but it did take the edge off and enabled me scrape my way through the day.

Think the nerve thing was mentioned here before, thank you for bringing that up, makes some sense now.

Felt better just tonight, after taking sublingual + folic acid. Think it was after a few sips of water that I really felt @ peace, and still do right now. Kinda wearing off, but I also need to sleep. lol Took sublingual shortly? after 2nd injection of the day.

Weird? how fast it changed, the symptoms, to better health. Was really being hopeful too from what I remember.

I mean, mere minutes or so. Change of unfavorable ( yet 'better') symptoms to almost instant? better health.
