I’ve been trying to add a half teaspoon of turmeric to the coffee grounds (4 scoops) when I make a 10 cup pot of coffee. My wife found this idea online.

The results are mild at best but I don’t notice anything significant in the improvement to brain function. I’ve been doing this for my first cup of coffee in the morning that I make at home for about 4 months.

I’ve not noticed any negative effects either.

Curries, especially biriyani, are some of my favorite foods. These are full of turmeric and cinnamon. I just need to ask that they don’t use ghee or butter in preparing them and then my dairy intolerance kicks in.

I’ve also noticed turmeric pills in the supermarket but they are quite expensive.

What kind of dosage are you talking about?

How do you take the turmeric/cinnamon/mct? I’ve taken mct in the past and found that it caused the runs. Any trick to taking it?

They say to work your way up to it? Mct oil :).

Been suggested to take throughout day with food, for keytone circulation. You can look that up.
