Serum vitamin b12 1548 ng/l. 200.00 - 770.00 ng/l

Serum folate 3.6 ug/l 3.90 -26.80 ug/l

There are lots more but everything else printed with no action

Bare in mind I only received my b12 fix 2 weeks before

Those two have been flagged for two reasons...

Your B12 is high. But that's to be expected two weeks after an injection. Indeed, it was pointless for them to have measured it.

Your folate is low. Not very low, so there's no need for drastic action. Take 400 ug of folic acid (supermarket ones are just as good as the more expensive stuff).

the absorption problem that affects your B12 and means you have to have shots can also affect absorption of other minerals and vitamins - iron and folate are the two that usually get affected.

symptoms of folate deficiency are quite similar to B12 deficiency as the two tend to be used together in a lot of processes.
