I do SI every other day. I'd like to supplement with sublinguals. Any progress in relieving symptoms after doing this?

Some people report success with sublingual lozenges or sprays.

They did nothing for me.

I take 5000mcg sublinguals between my 8 weekly injections. I find they do work but I need to take them at least everyday to begin with and after a couple of months when they are properly in my bloodstream I can go to every other day. If I miss more than one day in between then some symptoms start to return and I have to go back to every day again for a few weeks.

For me it's just remembering to take them. And you need to give them a couple of months before you'll notice the difference.Even then they may not work for you or your symptoms.
