Body temperature gets so hot and sweaty.
Hi kyanah
Personally I have "burning" feet and legs especially at night but then I've had P.A. (a form of B12 deficiency) for more than 45 years so I guess I've just learned to live with it.
It could be menopausal but you can have a blood test for that. I found a larger dose of Hrt helped me. Plus a higher dose of sublingual b12. Not sure which it was, maybe a bit of both. The main thing is that there are no sweats at all. I had burning feet and legs too and it went away.
I found it's not just the vitamins you take but the correct doses.
Good luck with improving the symptoms. We don't have to suffer.
Hi how old were u when u was perimenopause mine seemed to of started same time I got b12 defficiency.
Yes, mine started at the same time last year. Im now 50. Since then it stopped then came back a little hence the higher dose Hrt this year. Works wonders though. My reason for researching vit b12 was due to sore tongue for no reason. I take folic acid too. I've never felt so good. All symptoms disappeared. This site is great for information. Better than seeing a Gp I would say for me. They have been utterly useless.
Best wishes.
