Lp-PLA2 units of measurement?

Hi I've had Lp-PLA2 tests for the past 3 years with borderline results The units of measurement seem to have changed this year so I can't compare last years results with this years. Does anyone know the correlation between nmol/min/ml and U/L ? Many thanks.
