Side effects after injections

Hi, I had the first of my loading dose injections this morning at half 9 and since then I've gradually felt worse and worse, I have a really bad headache and don't often get headaches and I feel completely wiped out, back to the extreme fatigue I felt before I started high dose supplements a few months ago. Is it normal to feel like this? I don't remember anything like this last time. Thanks. K

The headache is probably the worst. Irritability is another of mine.

It depends on how low your B12 levels got before the jab. The lower they were the worse the headache.

Ive tried taking mu injections at night so i can sleep off the headache but ive since switch to morning injections as the injections fires up my brain and makes me restless all night.

I think thr body metabolism kicks into high gear when it gets B12 and all the blocked pathways let loose. This floods the blood with byproducts (mostly water and CO2) which somehow contributes to the headache.

Ive found taking a headache medication can help. In any case the headache lasts for about 6 to 12 hours and then you feel much better.

Thanks. I've taken paracetamol with no effect. Hopefully it will ease soon. Reassuring that it can be normal though.
