I am struggling to understand why I sometimes have 'off' days where I am sooooo tired, have poor memory and concentration etc. I can be like this for a few days and am then back to normal.
I always receive my injections when I am supposed to.

I get this too. Wish I had an answer for you but it seems to be part and parcel of the joys of PA/B12 def. 
I also run out of energy before my next injection: at about 6-7 weeks post injection, approx 2 weeks before my next injection is due.
