Hi MCarina

Everyone is different and so is the time it takes to respond to any course of treatment, so please don't feel nothing is happening, just give it time, Rome wasn't built in a day. For most people the medical profession seems to feel it's a good idea to take a vitamin B complex within the B12 recovery, but do be careful to discuss this with your medical advisors, because certain B vitamins can adversely affect other drugs or conditions you may have or be taking, in particular there is a train of belief which feels that B2 is needed to activate B6 and B6 is needed in the absorption of B12. However, B6 can also affect other aspects, so please seek good advice from a good source, might I suggest that you talk to Guy's Hospital, they have a team of experts working on B12 and HoloTC (Active B12), try ringing Denise O'Blein of 0207 188 7188 and she will put you in touch with experts in the field.

Good luck, hope you soon feel better.
