Need advise on Avise testing.

Does anyone know if the Avise test show any Behcet's type information. I told my new doctor I might have Behcet's,

other doctors have thought it might be. She ordered HLA b27 and Avise. I'm seronegative from everything I've seen. Do you think she's just ruling other stuff out or ignoring my concerns.

At this time my rheumatologist has diagnosed me with incomplete behcets. My behcets symptoms started about a year ago. First the mouth ulcers I would get over and over again. She would prescribe the magic mouthwash which is a special compounded wash. That helped but once I was finished with the 2 week treatment, they would come back. Then the genital ulcers started. I went through some prescription changes but nothing helped until she prescribed Otezla. (Otezla has some pretty bad side effects.) I didn't have any side effects until I tapered up to 2 a day. Then the nausea, no appetite and diarrhea started. So not sure what she will recommend at my appt next week. She did tell me that there is not really any conclusive test for behcets that it is diagnosed from symptoms. And 98% of people with multiple, recurring, mouth ulcers (3 times a yr or more) usually turns out to be behcets. The way she explained it it could be mild or severe. I too have several health issues. IBS, migraines, psoriasis, PsA, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, shingles twice in the last couple years, total back fused 3 years ago, and now behcets. All pretty much auto-immune issues. Sometimes I think all the medication is doing us more harm than good.

Sounds so familiar. Wow. I have not got the diagnosis just a lot of doctors who say yeah looks like Behcets. It's frustrating. Thank you for your response I've been a little in disbelief.
