Parkinson's UK has just published a new booklet called Tips and Hints for People with Parkinson's. parkinsons.org.uk/about_us/...

This booklet is a collection of ideas that can make everyday life easier for people with Parkinson's. They have been suggested by people with Parkinson's, their carers and health and social care professionals.

The majority deal with daily tasks, such as dressing or eating, but there are also tips on travelling abroad, staying active and keeping a positive frame of mind.
