Welcome! No pun intended. Try Mucuna pruriens and first of all search the B1 posts and get in touch with Dr Costantini
Shortness of breath - Others on this forum have complained of episodes of this, so it could be a Parkinson's symptom. Aspirating food could also be a Parkinson's symptom.
I sometimes inhale small particles and choke on different things. A swallowing assessment showed a "decreased tongue based movement". It is common in Parkinson's. I do better with softer foods, soup, not crumbly types. Also eat and drink water slowly.
