It started at 50 mg at dinner then went to 100. He has recently begun an additional 50 mg at lunch, but the confusion was there prior to tbe extra dose at lunch.

I take 25mg (a 50mg tablet split in half). I haven't noticed any confusion but then again I'm taking a very low dose. I'm also taking a low dose of Bupropion. My doctor said the sertraline is for anxiety. Sorry I'm not much help....

Actually you are a help. Perhaps hubbie's dose needs to be decreased. Thank you

I was taking 150 mg of Sertraline (Zoloft).

Dropped doseage to 25mg because most days was light headed and wobbly. Had read where those symptoms were a side effect. Now much better on low dose and will come off it completely soon.
