are your "muscle cramps" caused by dystonia? Mine are.

thanks (i think) - I'm told my sense of humour is sometimes too dark...sometimes thats true I'm sure. probably is true for those who live in a land filled with rainbows and unicorns cheers! rk

I can relate to your list. Bleck. The list nobody want to top! + or - a few items. Sense of humour.......priceless in this world. Dark makes me laugh since I do not come from the land of rainbows and unicorns. Not to say I lose hope or give up, I just like to face the facts straight in the eye so I have an idea of what I need to do.
