Problems With Drinking Water

Hello Friends. Can anyone speak to the phenomenon of burning pain simply from drinking ordinary tap water? This baffles me and, again, I get no advice/information from my doctors.

I have been working very hard to manage my diet and happy to say that I've had several days now where my bowel movements are looking normal (#4) and my upper right quadrant pain and burning is almost gone.

However, at the end of the day, several hours after my last meal, I drink 8-12 oz of water believing this is good for my kidneys as I sleep. But, recently, this quickly causes terrible burning, bloating, and reflux shortly after drinking.

I've never read or heard that ordinary drinking water can be a problem. Anyone experiencing this as well? Thank you.
