plant based whole food diet

Has anyone had luck alleviating symptoms with a plant based whole food diet?

I hope it goes well for you! I have been on it for almost 5 years and have only had flare ups when I go off of it (for example eat some dairy…). I hope that we can have a longer, healthier life span.
