I was diagnosed 3 to 4 months ago with EPI. I’m on Medicare. At first the cost for Creon 24,000 was $45 a month. Now I’m in the Medicare gap and they want $421 for the same medicine until I pay out $5000 for January rolls around and I start over. I am retired. I’m working at a coffee shop to earn extra income to pay my bills and I can’t afford this. Does anyone know how to get help?

Hi Kali 👋 I'm so sorry you're experiencing this! Have you looked into the CREON on Course program? It offers co-pay assistance. Here's the link to learn more if you think it could help: creoninfo.com/on-course
I am in the same boat. Last time I applied for co pay assistance it was denied because I have insurance (medicare and bcbs. I found Creon in Canada to be 1/4 to 1/3 the price than in the US. ( Which, in my opinion is criminal) I get mine through Canada Rx Connection. The only drawback is it takes 4-5 weeks to arrive so its important to plan for that.
Wow, so sorry to hear this. I left Michigan years ago for Europe so I can't offer suggestions in this area. But in another post I mentioned using MCT oil. Look into it. It will help you reduce the fat level in some of your meals therefore needing less Creon. Every bit helps to stretch your Rx a little bit further.Does the USA only have Creon or are other brands, maybe cheaper, an option?
