Codeine can cause inflammation of the pancreas in some people so yes co codamol could possibly cause it. I think you should discuss it with your GP if you think it's affecting your pancreas and maybe discuss alternative pain medication.

Hi, I definitely can't take co-codomol or anything stronger generally as it all seems to trigger my pancreatic pain. I hope you manage to find another option that doesn't cause you issues!Dee
