a few weeks ago i ate a avocado, it was so good and eased up my pain, i also have been having problems with having bowel movements, and im not sure if its because of the pancretities issues i have but eating 3 a day ive had regular normal looking stoles, which makes me so happy, cause for years i have delt with this along with the pancretitis.

Wow, that's great. Avocado is high in fat. My doctor told me to only take 1/2 of a avocado. I have chronic constipation. Maybe I should try to eat more avocado. Are you taking medication with Avocado?

Thanks,

Jane

That's interesting, tory. I've never paid attention to whether Avacado helped or hurt. Although, it's such a soothing fruit in other ways.

Unfortunately, constipation is almost a given with pancreas issues. It's that or the opposite, never a good balance.

I'm happy that you're happy 🤗 There are so few moments in our life with ailments, we should cherish those we find. And, it sounds like you've found a partial solution for some of your symptoms without resorting to medications! 💝
