UUGGGHHHH!!! How frustrating...the surgeaon called today and cancelled appt for tommorow!!!! Apparently the surgeon needs to speak further with the oncologist....FRUSTRATING!!! Just want to get things moving...I guess I am impatient, but I worry for my husband sooooo much...thank you all for your thoughts and comments

No delay is good - this kind of thing happened time and again with my husband. So many delays and cancellations:

- oh your consultant on holiday for three weeks

oh it's a bank holiday you know.

Oh dear your papers have gone missing

what lost blood test results again!

where have the scan results gone

Fatal ineptitude was our experience - frustration was not a work that decribed the outcome - not taking into account the failure to diagnose in the first place because the GP just would not listen - 6 month waiting list for a scan until we paid for private scan and got diagnosis there and then - god help us.

Please please please do not let them fob you off - they have no sense of urgency the delays proved fatal
