Having paid my First visit to an "Informal information class". After reading through a booklet that they gave me I came across this site, there were several other sites but this was as far as I could gather just what I was looking for with people that have the problem with "PAIN".
I will continue shortly but as for now I have in a couple of hours before my second visit to the "Informal information class"

Hello
Welcome to Pain Concern Forum
This site is very good support to those in pain.
If you are new to the pain clinic life is beginning to become interesting as many of the techniques make some very concious of themselves, remember you are all the same the things you learn will stay with you for a long time, Further courses throughout the hospital are novel to say the least. I enjoyed it and have been to a few clinics in different areas and the courses available in pain clinic, can amuse
Generally the course lasts for four to six weeks, once a week
I recently joined this site and although I dont post much it helps me to read about others - I am waiting to visit a pain clinic for Neuralgia so any feedback/advice here really helps me get through some of my worst pain days!
Hi Montie since my initial visit at the Pain Clinic they advised an increase of 25mg making a total of 100 mg Pregabalin and on my second visit I was given a "Tens" machine it has 4 2x2 blue padds two go on my back and two go on my legs so thats 2 on the left side and 2 on my right side of my body. together I find that taken with my "Pregabalin" and 30/500 mg of "Codamol" is helping me with regard to the pain in both my legs. the pain is still there only not as so severe. I hope that you will benefit from your visit to the Pain Clinic as if they can help you they will. best of luck Montie and dont forget to keep all of us updated..
