Chronic pain IRL groups in London?

I'd really like to make some other chronic pain friends in real life. My friends are wonderful but I feel like a bit of a dead weight sometimes cos I'm unable to do much re mobility, spontaneity, sports etc. And they don't understand and I feel embarrassed when they wanna go to the cinema and I can't manage or whatever.

Londoners hit me up, I'm also super eccentric and have the BEST TV and book recommendations and I collect vintage boardgames and lanyards and I write fiction and am generally cool and fun but in a sort of tempered by pain and sadness way lol
