Hi Petrovitch, have you set your email preferences? If you click on the Menu button (the one you use to log off) you'll see Email Preferences as an option, click on that and make sure you have ticked the choices you want.
Hope that helps. If you have already done that, then you need to report it to HU for them to resolve for you xx
