Hello,
I’ve started Nortriptyline after being on Amytriptyline for 9 years. Since starting, my resting heart rate has gone from 70/75 to around 82. Anyone had similar experience?

I had the opposite effect. Changed from amitryptiline to nortriptiline due to the racing heart rate. Felt like I was having a heart attack. Also had trouble breathing due to thumping and racing heart. Check with your doctor before you continue
