You're right anxiety over your health can cause stress and can actually cause health problemssuch as acid reflux. What you might want to do is when you're feeling well make a list of things about yourself that are good and healthy. Then when you're not feeling well read through that list. This might help to ease your anxiety when you have a headache or whatever else ails you at the moment. And stay away from dr. Google.

Sorry that should read -

Have you any digestion problems?

Stress and / or anxiety can cause problems for the bowels. Constipation can cause headaches.

How frequently are the headaches? Are there any other symptoms?

Any digestion probless?

You are constantly worrying because your problem isn't the headaches, it is anxiety. If it wasn't headaches it would be something else. Anxiety causes muscles to be really tense, and they can cause headaches too.

You and only you have the power to change this. You can decide to do something about the anxiety. When you do you will find it really easy to stay away from Dr Google.

Have you seen your GP? Have you asked them to refer you for counselling or therapy? Does your GP surgery have a social prescriber or a wellbeing coordinator? It would be a good idea to talk to them too.

What do you do to relax? Can you do more of that while you are waiting for counselling or therapy?

We can't really help with health anxiety, you have to take the first step. But once you do, we will be here to support you.

I used to get head aches but on one side, after several visits to the doctors with no results i had a check up with the dentist and he asked how i was i mentioned the head aches and his reply was I bet you are clenching your teeth together in your sleep he organised a gum shield and he was right no more headaches.
