What are they actually prescribbed for? I've been advised from my chemist I'm not prescribed them no more!
Setraline: What are they actually prescribbed... - Pain Concern
Setraline
They are an anti depressant.
Did your GP prescribe them in the first place? It is never a good idea to stop taking suddenly. Like all drugs coming off them slowly is advised

I was prescribed them for antidepressants. The ones that I used to have were Citalapam but they didn't help so I now take Sertraline and they are much better. I even manage to sleep better at night, which was a big part of my depression. Dave
Pat is correct. Stopping abruptly is not good news. I had to for medical reasons and it was very unpleasant for many days . Tapering is a good idea

I agree with what everyone has said - you cannot just stop taking them as you will get withdrawal symptoms which aren't nice - wean yourself off slowly - go and see your GP so that you can work on this together as to what will be the best way forward for you. Best of luck and take care 😘😘😘
Tank for the advice. Made appointment for Tuesday to sort it!.x
I could hardly sleep at all and that made me depressed, moody and tired. With these I sleep well (take m 2 hrs b4 bed, bathe then out like a light) felt better each morning after a good night's sleep but always have pain!!
