Pain in ankle and feeling low it so a pain the bum when down as I wish I was sometimes die

Go ring doctors don't let the pain get you this low

I've been in your position & thought Ithat wouldn't ease, but I have the right tablet's and support now, I manage the pain & getting my life back on track

when we are in persistent pain, we tend to think about how bad it will be in the future, which causes more muscle tension = worse pain. I know this is difficult, but distracting and relaxing moment by moment will hopefully interrupt the pain cycle. Keep us posted.

Yes see your doctor. Persistent pain can make us so miserable and depressed and I do understand how you feel. Tell your doctor everything. I wrote it out for mine because you can forget things. You can be helped but try to be patient. I hope you feel better soon and if not give me a shout. Letmein xx
