I suffer from arthritis too both knees, right ankle, hips and lower back, therefore, I have a lot of sympathy for suffers. However, I do my best to avoid taking to much painkillers, one can easily becomes addicted to painkillers, my advice is to try exercise and do some walking for short period.l

Only when necessary, pain can also be psychological, if one continuously thinking about ones pain, the brain will respond in kind. Occupy the mind, think about positive things, such as what you did before you began having these pains.
