I have been getting a slight pain on my right side of my stomach. When I stretch sometimes I feel like I get a knot on that exact spot.

You might have pulled a muscle but if it goes on for more than a couple of weeks I would see the doctor about it

I would see a doctor, but it could be the pelvic floor muscles. I have the same pain on my left side. I and it seems like nerves around the muscles are causing the pain.

I am seeing a physical therapist for that.
