Awful night

Waken at 2 sweating dripping wet ,head felt numb , pins and needles ,started panicking And took tablets 15mg then ,didn't sleep but wondering if this is because I had my first taper on monday down from 20mg Living alone Am really anxious .wish I had never started with pred.
