have been diagnosed with Hyperparathyrodism and now wondering if this caused the pagets disease. I feel like the docs have not been very helpful and would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this.

If you have primary hyperparathyroidism it's caused by a benign parathyroid tumour which needs to be removed.

I don't believe there is any connection with pagets.

it is not primary hyperparathyroidism, but yes a tumor could be the cause and am surprised that they didn't do imaging, just said they didn't think I should have one removed so not doing anything. Hyperparathyroidism has taken the joy out of my life. I am going to find more knowledgeable doctors
