I'd like to know my treatment options for ET. HU 500mg/daily keeps my numbers down but some days I'm exhausted and my body aches. I'm 73 yr. old woman who is very healthy, fit and active.

Hi there, thanks for commenting! We are not medical experts so we can't offer medical advice. We suggest talking to your doctor or an MPN specialist for a second opinion so they can give you personalized advice.

Best,

Theresa
