Etoposide. Any advice?

Hi everyone. I am now on Etopiside. 14 days oral tablets then 14 days off. Hoping it will reduce the tumors and give me better quality of life. Less discomfort would be good

Anyone else had this as a treatment? What was your experience? Any advice to deal with side effects?

I am taking at night with the hope of sleeping through the worse parts

Thanks!

Dear Itha,

Thank you for your post here. Etoposide is not a very commonly used treatment for ovarian cancer in the UK, which might be why our members have not responded yet. However, do feel free to get in touch with our support service with any questions, or just to talk things through. You can email support@ovacome.org.uk or can arrange a 1:1 Zoom call with a member of our team. We're available from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm UK time.

Best wishes,

Alice - Ovacome
