Niraparib not working

I am 17 years survivor stage 4. I have completed two rounds of carboplaten and paxi taxol. The first in 2006 and the latter in 2022. I have been on near Niraparib for just over a year but have gradual elevations in my CA 125.Wondering if anyone has had another line of treatment following this and what it was. I have been reading about Ellahere and not sure if it is available in Canada. Just wondering if any of you have had any experience with this medication.

Niraparib stopped working for me after three and a half years. I then had carboplatin and gemcitabine in 2021, then carboplatin on its own in 2022, and started weekly taxol yesterday. I’m also waiting to see if I’m eligible for a clinical trial as my options for treatment are running out in England.

Thank you for your response. I am not sure if they will keep me on it with just a slight increase in things. The worst is the waiting and waiting. Not sure how many more options are out there.I have been reading about Elahere but not sure if it is available. Hope you do well on the Taxol
