My wife CA125 was 8 for almost 1 year but in recent July was 9 and now in August is 11.
I am so concerned and stressed now, does anybody have the same experience?

It can be concerning when your CA125 rises ( even slightly) but, the most wonderful Prof CF told me it’s like putting on 1 pound in weight over a few weeks so she reassured me - I have every faith in her. Hope this reassures you & your wife too xx
Hi - my ca125 has inched up monthly from 8 in March to - 10 - 17 - 22 and then 24. NP said slight increases likely from covid vaccinations and/or starting Olaparib - which can cause inflammation. She said concern is when increases are doubled in a month and she expects we will see it decrease. I hope we both soon see our ca125 back in single digits. Blessings! 🙏
yes probably covid affects it, it's still quite low so nothing to worry about.. mine has shot to 127 and a friend with same cancer hers has come 'down' to 500 eek!
Of course any rise is worrying. Would it be possible for you to speak to your wife’s oncologist, rather than her surgeon for reassurance. My surgeon & oncologist always discuss changes in results & treatment.Hoping you can get reassurance.
Kathy
Those are tiny rises and well within the normal range. You can see why some oncologists won't tell patients their CA125 results. As the other posters say, a doubling within a month is a concern, or two doublings in a longer space of time. Don't stress over these figures.
They can vary and fluctuate. You are well under the threshold of 35 so I feel things are OK. But if you are worried, I’d towel to your GP or onc.
